Select an appropriate shampoo for your hair type and the extensions. A qualified professional hair stylist can help you with this.
Before washing your human hair extensions, it is best to gently comb it out to remove any tangles. Please wash with cold water. Wet your hair normally. Pour the shampoo into your hand and then apply to your hair. Massage gently. Be sure to rinse your hair thoroughly.
Wash your hair at least 1-2 times per week to eliminate product build-up and tangles. Wash and conditon the hair in the same direction as not to cause tangles. Use a clarifying shampoo to remove product build up. For normal washing Organix Moroccan oil products and Creme of Natural Argan oil products work good with the hair.
Select an appropriate conditioner for your hair type and the extensions. Dryness can be a challenge and it is important to keep your hair moisturized to keep your hair soft and shiny and to prevent damage.
Apply conditioner to the middle and ends of your hair. Do not apply to the scalp or where the extensions are attached to your hair. Gently work the conditioner into your hair and leave on for five minutes. If your hair is prone to tangles, use a wide-toothed comb to gently work them out while the conditioner is still in your hair. Rinse your hair well with luke warm water.
Deep condition your extensions to make the hair shiny and vibrant. Please follow instructions on the conditioner as not to over condition the hair.
Dry your hair by blotting with a towel. Do not rub. If you blow dry your hair, try to keep the dryer as far away from your hair as possible and minimize the heat. Use a heat protectant. Blow dryer comb attachments are not recommended.

If you do not have a Paypal account you can still purchase from our site. However if you prefer to use Paypal you can do so by logging in from the payment page. Order Processing: Please be advised that processing may take up to 5-7 business days for Brazilian and 10 business days for Malaysian before your item is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of payment and order.
Product Availability: Terms of sale are based on availability. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving an alternative product that may be available. If we are unable to offer you a suitable replacement and you wish to terminate the sale we will refund the amount charged.

Shipping: We ship to all U.S. locations, territories, Canada and United Kingdom. All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail/International Priority. Delivery is between 2-3 days (in the U.S.) and 6-10 days (internationally) in most cases. Please allow up to 5 days (U.S.) and 15 days (internationally) to receive your package. All shipments come with delivery confirmation and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment of your package.
Once your order is shipped we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS if you have any shipping concerns (1-800-ASK-USPS / 1-800-275-8777)
• Shipping Delays: For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Return Shipments: Any item returned to Bombshell Boutique will be returned to customer upon receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges plus a 5% handling fee. If return of shipment is the fault of Bombshell Boutique. There will be no addition fees and package will be shipped back to customer. Bombshell Boutique will investigate shipping errors and contact customer to verify correct shipping information.
•Customs, Taxes, and other fees: Customer is responsible for all customs, taxes and other fees that may be incurred after package is shipped.
Cancelling an Order: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply send us an email to orders@Bombshellsbeautyboutique@hotmail.com, please include your name, order number and place "CANCELLATION" in the subject area. You will receive a full refund to your Credit Card/Paypal account.
Return policy: We take great pride in our product and want to ensure your satisfaction. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is truly defective and unusual you must contact us within (5) five days of receipt of the merchandise. Send us an email to orders at Bombshellsbeautyboutique@hotmail.com. Please include your name order number, a brief description of your issue and place "RETURN" in the subject line.
Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. We will require you to provide photos of the defective hair. If the product you've received is deemed to be defective by our team we will ask that you return the hair. Once we've had a chance to examine it for ourselves we will send a replacement immediately.
If an incorrect product was sent to you we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received it back we will send an immediate replacement.
Exchanges: No refunds will be permitted. However Bombshell Boutique., at its sole discretion, will exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:
Exchange Time Frame: You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of product(s). Any exchange request after 5 days will NOT be honored.
•Restocking Fee: You will be assessed a 15% restocking fee for the unwanted product.
• Product must be in original condition: Product should be unused and in its original condition; unwashed and not combed, picked brushed or otherwise altered. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. If the product you are trying to exchange is received in any other condition it will be returned to you in the same method as your original order at your expense.
• Replacement Value: Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. Please be forewarned, no credit will be given if you select a replacement of a lesser value.
• Shipping Charges: You will be required to pay shipping back both ways. In order to process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
